Born and raised in the small city of Weesp, Ive Lovers’ connection to house music runs deeper than most. Thanks to his parents’ love for Ibiza’s iconic scene, he has been surrounded by the soul of house music since childhood.
Ive’s sets and productions have become a recognisable force in the scene. Known for his own blend of deep US and UK garage—heavy low end, bumpy drums, stabs, and hooks all over the place—he has turned his idols into some of his strongest supporters, including Seb Zito, Dj EZ, Ozzie Guven, Todd Edwards, and many more.
After his releases on Low Steppa’s Simma Black, Ive scored a Beatport number one with his track on Seb Zito’s label Seven Dials. His latest release, Ma Beat, quickly became his most requested track, turning into a true weapon in the sets of respected artists such as Syreeta, Interplanetary Criminal, Mainphase, and Silva Bumpa all summer long.
With his platform Oldschooldeephouse, Ive has taken his sound overseas to venues like 93 Feet East and Club BSMNT in Tunisia, while also performing regularly in the Netherlands at iconic clubs such as Shelter, Lofi, and Thuishaven. Ive Lovers’ live performances are rapidly becoming a must-see, leaving dance floors filled with unforgettable moments shaped by his eclectic taste in electronic music.
